I have been a puppeteer for television and theatre since 2006 when I won the role of Hilda Hare in Sesame Tree, Sesame Workshop's Northern Irish co-production of Sesame Street. I now have an extensive resume in theatre and television, including commercials, pilots, music videos and long-form television series for both children and adults.

Actor

I originally studied to be a biochemist at Queen's University, Belfast before deciding to retrain and pursue my passion as an actress. I received my BA in Drama from Queen's University and have been working and living in London since 2009.

Motion Capture

In 2015 I began training in Motion Capture with The MoCap Academy, through Audiomotion Studios in Oxford. I continue to develop the skills and techniques needed for movement and performance as a Motion Capture Artist for film, television and game development.

Lesa is a wonderful actress to work with, professional, personable and dynamic. She imbues her character with real feeling and was very patient with the demands of a tough shoot. Her performance was powerful and her presence on set uplifting.
